Return and Repair Policy

RETURN POLICY

To return a product to TĒGO Automotive Products, Inc , please return item in its original condition and packaging, with receipt, within 30 days of the purchase date to request a refund. Return a defective item within the warranty period. Requests for refunds may be denied if the item has been used, installed, or damaged. 

IF YOUR TĒGO LPR NEEDS REPAIR

If it’s completely dead, make sure it’s connected to a reliable power source. Try another car.

If it still fails to function, follow these instructions to obtain factory service.

Return your TĒGO LPR with power cord (don’t send the mounts) to:

HOW TO SHIP

Ship your unit prepaid and insured, in its original packaging or something equally protective. You are responsible for your TĒGO LPR until it is in our hands, so insist on a proof-of-delivery receipt.

Along with your TĒGO LPR , please enclose the following: 

  • your name
  • billing address (for credit cards)
  • shipping address
  • email address
  • your daytime telephone number
  • description of the problem
  • If your TĒGO LPR is out of warranty (older than one year), send $45 or a credit card number with expiration date and credit card ID to cover cost of diagnosis and/or repair.

Your TĒGO LPR will be repaired as soon as possible.

You will be contacted if the repair cost exceeds the $45 basic charge.

 

NOTES

  • We will not repair any TĒGO LPR that has been abused, altered or has been damaged due to accident or neglect. 
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • We ship to addresses within the USA only.
  • An Adult signature is required on delivery.
